Ashley Jangro (she/her)Â moved to Colorado when she was 18 months old and has called it home ever since. She brings a unique blend of warmth, creativity, and clinical insight to her work with teens, women, and parents navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma. She holds master's degrees in Education and Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and her background as a teacher, coach, and entrepreneur gives her a deep understanding of how to support people through growth and change. She now brings that same innovative spirit to her work as both a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate and Certified Life Coach.
Ashley helps clients who are tired of feeling reactive, anxious, or like they're just surviving each day find their way to calm and confidence. Using trauma-informed approaches including DBT, ACT, and somatic-based techniques, she provides support and practical tools that help people feel more in control of their lives and relationships.
People often describe Ashley as insightful and authentic, warm and accepting, with a genuine curiosity about her clients' lives. Her love of gaming led her to create TherapyCraft, a creative therapy approach for teens and neurodivergent clients, which reflects her commitment to meeting people where they are.
As a mom in a blended family with six kids (three currently at CU Boulder), Ashley understands complex family dynamics firsthand. When she's not helping clients create meaningful change, she's probably gaming, building things with AI, or exploring Colorado on adventures with her kids.
