Kristina (she, her) is a born and raised California girl from a small town in Northern California. She has been working in the mental health field with a range of ages from 2 years old to 15 years old on and off since 2022. She has worked with people diagnosed with Autism and developing children.
Kristina earned her B.A. in Psychology from University of California, Santa Cruz as a first generation student and is currently pursuing her M.A. in clinical counseling at Denver University, Morgridge College of Education. Kristina’s therapeutic approach generally focuses on a humanistic existential approach. She does this through strategies such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and ACT

Professionally, Kristina is a counselor in training and student. Personally, she’s a barista, a partner to her fiancé, a pet mom of 2 kitties (Loki, and BMO), a musician and, snowboarder. She believes in showing up as her authentic self and appreciating what life has to offer.
